Need help finding your AFGE Local on JoinAFGE.org?

Please fill out the information below.  We will determine if AFGE represents your worksite and be in touch with a personalized link to join AFGE.

Are you a new or existing AFGE member?*

Don't remember your AFGE Local Number?

Current AFGE members may enroll in E-Dues online payments by using the Express Sign-On option on JoinAFGE.org.  By logging into your AFGE account, your Local will be automatically populated.

Don't see your Local listed on JoinAFGE.org?

While many Locals now support online dues payments through AFGE E-Dues, if your Local is not listed on JoinAFGE.org they may not have signed up yet.  If you are a Local Officer, please email us at EDues@afge.org to be listed on JoinAFGE.org.

Providing this information will result in the fastest response time to your inquiry.

Important Note:

The information contained in Block 37 (“BUS Code”) on your SF-50 (Notification of Personnel Action) is critical to determining your correct AFGE Local and eligibility for Union representation.  Your request may take up to 10 business days longer to process without this information.

Your Bargaining Unit Status Code 7777 indicates you are in a position eligible for representation, although no union currently represents you.

If you are interested in helping AFGE organize your worksite, please contact our Membership and Organizing team here.

Your Bargaining Unit Status Code 8888 indicates you are ineligible for representation as part of a bargaining unit, as defined by 5 U.S.C. 7112 (b).

Should you change positions or your Bargaining Unit Status Code otherwise changes in the future, we'd love the opportunity to have you as a member!
